The Miracle Morning and Personality Profiles
The morning for every leader can be the time to reset your mind. During this month, our leaders will learn about securing your mindset at the beginning of the day. We'll also learn about our own personality profiles and how you can use the skills that you were given for good with positive communication. Learn about your personal identity and how it affects your day-to-day decisions.
Effective Delegation & Mindset Triggers
A leader isn't a leader without a team. And if your delegation involves checking in on your team daily, or even hourly, to make sure that they did it the way that you wanted then you've still got the responsibility. Learn how to let go and be more productive. We'll also dive into change and how your mindset will either hold you back or drive you to greatness with the right tools.
